Week 4! Phase 1 - Day 1

I've been very hungry today!the food I brought to work wasn't enough,I'm starving! lol*, maybe its cuz I ate a lot of popcorns yesterday at the movies, well its  time to get back on track!

Week 4! Phase 1 - Day 1- Monday
Breakfast:
Smoothie with: Water, Spinach, pinneaple, mango, 2 Tbs of oats and bit of ginger and stevia

Snack: pinneaple

Lunch: Turkey meatballs with whole wheat pasta and salad with spinach, lettuce and strawberries

Snack:apple

Dinner: Honey got creative with the dinner:
Chicken sprouted grains sandwich, lettuce, apple, strawberries, mushrooms and bacon
 Meet our dachshund: Weenie passed out after dinner

Yummy Sunday - Phase 3 - day 3

We sinned on weekend, we had tacos and hamburguer on saturday,  I bought all the groseries for the diet, so we will continue this week, Honey is using clothes that didn't fit him, I'm so happy! , We don't have a scale but we will go to my parents to weight this next weekend, by the end of the 28 days.

Yesterday was a delicious diet day, since we have more time to cook, this was the menu for Phase 3 - day 3

Breakfast:
French toast with apples and strawberries, berry smoothie


Some of the Ingredients
Apples with coconut oil, stevia, vainilla and nuts
Breakfast for 2!

Snack: almonds and nuts with 1 apple

Lunch: beef fajitas,  red pepper, mushrooms in a sprouted wrap with guacamole - Delish!

Snack:almonds and nuts with 1 apple

Dinner: Beef burguer , 2 sprouted breads, guacamole, onions and mushrooms.
