I've been very hungry today!the food I brought to work wasn't enough,I'm starving! lol*, maybe its cuz I ate a lot of popcorns yesterday at the movies, well its time to get back on track!
Week 4! Phase 1 - Day 1- Monday
Breakfast:
Smoothie with: Water, Spinach, pinneaple, mango, 2 Tbs of oats and bit of ginger and stevia
Snack: pinneaple
Lunch: Turkey meatballs with whole wheat pasta and salad with spinach, lettuce and strawberries
Snack:apple
Dinner: Honey got creative with the dinner:
Chicken sprouted grains sandwich, lettuce, apple, strawberries, mushrooms and bacon
Meet our dachshund: Weenie passed out after dinner
