Week 3 - Phase 1- Day 1 Monday

By week 3 people are noticing that Honey is losing weight, they don't say anything about me so far, but its because I'm in a good shape and Honey is a bit overweight,
This is the menu for today:
PHASE 1 - Monday
Breakfast:
Juice, nopal,frozen mango and pinneaple with water
2 tbls of dry oats
1 stevia, cinnamon

Snack
1 Apple,pinneaple or 1 mango
Lunch
Whole wheat spaguetti with chicken
lettuce with tomatoes
Snack
1 Apple,pinneaple or 1 mango
Dinner - Burrito!
Egg whites,sausages, beans and vegetables
1 pita
40 min walking
