Week 3- Phase 1-Tuesday

This is the menu for today:

PHASE 1 - Day 2 Tuesday

Breakfast for 2:

Juice: nopal,frozen mango and pinneaple with water

2 tbls of dry oats

2 stevia

Snack

1 Apple,pinneaple or 1 mango

Lunch

My favorite....Chilli!: beans, onions, tomatoes, turkey sausage and ground meat

frozen vegetables

1 whole weath pita

Snack

1 Apple,pinneaple or 1 mango

Dinner

Leftover lunch chilli

2 sprouted bread

30 min walking
